Pan-European investment, development and asset management company RE Capital has appointed Gavin Green as general counsel.
Green, who previously acted as general counsel for MARK and Crossbay, will head up RE Capital legal activities across all jurisdictions.
He will sit on the executive committee and advise corporately and at local level on risk management, legal processes, structuring, compliance, debt, and transactional work amongst other matters.
Green has multi-jurisdictional experience spanning international leveraged and investment grade acquisitions (including bank and bond financings), real estate and logistics acquisitions (private, public and auction) and financings, portfolio acquisitions, litigation (out of court settlements) and court processes, treasuring and business restructuring and insolvency.
