Boyes Turner has welcomed back Gary Parkinson as he rejoins the firm as partner and head of the property disputes team.
He has focused solely on real estate disputes for over 20 years, including advice on property portfolio management, commercial landlord and tenant issues, disputes regarding property rights, restrictive covenants and more.
