Leading alcohol and gambling licensing firm, Poppleston Allen, has promoted solicitor Natasha Beck to associate, as it sees business rebound after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Natasha, who joined the firm in 2010 as a paralegal, completed both her law degree (LLB Hons 2:1) and a Masters degree in banking and finance at Sheffield Hallam University, before completing her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham. Natasha qualified as a solicitor in October 2013 and now advises some of the firm’s largest clients including PizzaExpress, Five Guys, Ask Italian and Zizzi restaurants.

Her advice covers various aspects of licensing law including new premises licence applications, variations, and temporary event notice applications. Natasha also represents clients at licensing hearings.

This promotion means the firm, which has offices in Nottingham’s Lace Market and central London, has a total of 16 partners, solicitors and associates – more than any other licensing firm in the UK.
