Gateley Legal has appointed partner Sam Meiklejohn, who will join its equity capital markets team in Birmingham.
Prior to joining Gateley, Meiklejohn spent six years at US law firm Cooley in its equity capital markets and public companies team, based in London.
He has experience in international equity capital markets, public companies and corporate governance. He advises corporates, investment banks, brokers and major shareholders on capital markets matters including primary and secondary securities offerings listed on both UK and international stock exchanges.
Meiklejohn's experience covers sectors including life sciences, technology, and biotech. He also has significant cross-border transactional experience, including transatlantic, pan-European and across the MENA region.
