A solicitor specialising in employment matters has joined leading South Essex law firm, Palmers Solicitors.

Samantha Randall joined the firm, which has four offices in Basildon, Rayleigh, Thurrock and South Woodham Ferrers, last month from the Chelmsford-based firm where she qualified in May 2017.

Samantha has experience of advising employers and employees in relation to a wide range of employment issues, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and procedures and advising on grievance and disciplinary processes.

She graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford with an LLB Law degree, before completing her Legal Practice Course, for which she received a Commendation.

Samantha said: ’I am pleased to be joining Palmers Solicitors. This is an award-winning firm, with a great reputation throughout South Essex and I am looking forward to building strong working relationships with clients.’
