Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has hired Lynn Shearing as client relationship director in the Newcastle corporate team.

Shearing will help the team strengthen relationships with both corporate and business partners who operate in the north.

Shearing worked for over 15 years within PwC’s Newcastle corporate finance team and more recently at private equity backed Parkdean Resorts as its M&A director. During this period Shearing spent time understanding the strategic priorities of businesses and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
