National law firm Foot Anstey LLP has welcomed Phil Parrott as a legal director to its commercial property team in Exeter.

Parrott, who has previously worked for Nabarro LLP, Michelmores LLP and in-house at Prydis, specialises in landlord and tenant matters, focusing on retail, industrial and corporate occupier work as well as leading on local development projects.
