National law firm Foot Anstey LLP has welcomed Kee Evans as a legal director to its planning and environment team, part of its real estate group, and the firm's energy and infrastructure and developer sectors.
Kee is experienced in acting for public and private sector clients, including major housebuilders, utilities, banks and blue-chip companies. She has advised on all aspects of planning, highways, compulsory purchase and environmental law.
Kee, who will be based from the firm's Bristol office, previously spent 17 years at Eversheds Sutherland in Cardiff as part of the planning, infrastructure and consenting team.
She has worked extensively in the renewables and transport sectors and has advised clients on consents and permissions for renewable energy and other projects, managing planning appeals, compulsory purchase compensation, legal challenges and environmental liability.
