London firm Laurus has recruited Victoria Teymourian-Yates as an associate in the family team.
Teymourian-Yates is experienced in advising on complex financial arrangements and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She has particular expertise in advising on cases which involve domestic abuse and private children matters.
Teymourian-Yates is a member of Resolution and has volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau. She has also supported law students at Anglia Ruksin University.
Family team partner William Hogg commented: 'We are proud to have built up a reputation for our non-adversarial approach to family law matters which tends to work in the best interests of all those involved. We are delighted that Victoria shares our ethos and values and we warmly welcome her to the team.'
Teymourian-Yates added: 'My short time with Laurus has already exceeded my expectations. As a young, ambitious firm, Laurus is an exciting, friendly and supportive place to work. I have been hugely impressed with the calibre of the family team’s cases, which are often high value and complex, but also with the firm’s commitment to ensuring that every client receives a first class service regardless of the value of their matter.'
She joins Laurus from Tees Law.
