Kamilla Keleman

Law firm DMH Stallard has appointed Kamilla Kelemen as partner in its immigration practice in London.

Kelemen joins from Gherson Solicitors, where she was head of the firm’s UK inbound immigration practice.

She works with multinationals, start-up entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals and families to help navigate the ever-increasing complexities of immigration law.

Her experience includes advising a multinational company on UK sponsor licence compliance and obligations following a group restructuring and transfer of employees under TUPE, and a UK care home group preparing for a Home Office compliance visit.

Adam Williams, head of immigration at DMH Stallard, commented: 'I’m delighted to welcome such an accomplished lawyer to the firm.

'Kamilla has a real passion for global migration that underpins a drive and determination to achieve the outcomes her clients are seeking.

'Creative solutions and superb service go hand-in-hand with her knowledge, experience and expertise in this complex area of law.'

Kelemen also has an in-depth knowledge of British nationality law and advises individuals on citizenship claims, naturalisation, and registration, including children born through surrogacy or following adoption overseas.

She added: 'Adam and his colleagues have built an immigration practice that is highly respected, and I’m very excited to be joining such a talented team.'
