Law firm Hodge Jones & Allen has hired solicitor Claire McGrath in its criminal defence team.
McGrath, who joins the firm as partner, has 20 years’ experience dealing with complex criminal cases. She previously worked at Bullivant Solicitors, a niche criminal practice where she was director.
McGrath has litigated in matters including those accused of terrorism offences, murder, manslaughter, attempted murder, aggravated burglary, armed robbery, serious assaults, blackmail and kidnap and those facing serious allegations of sexual assault against adults and children both recent and historic.
Hodge Jones & Allen's crime department has specialist teams in serious and complex crime, youth offenders, financial crime, terrorism, protest/public order and sexual crimes.
