Gemma Nicholas has joined RWK Goodman's health and social care team as a senior associate in London.
Nicholas, who joins the firm from VWV, specialises in advising education, health and social care providers on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters. She has worked in-house with regulatory bodies, providing strategic advice to organisations in the healthcare and education sectors on regulatory compliance.
Nicholas also advises on public law challenges through judicial review proceedings. She supports organisations involved in safeguarding investigations and represents organisations identified as interested persons in inquests.
