Global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has appointed Shashank Krishna as shareholder in its London office.
Krishna joins from Baker Botts and will lead the London energy practice.
Krishna has an international clientele with experience across multiple industries, focusing on renewables, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, clean transport, infrastructure, and defence. His legal work primarily centers around mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, and financing related to intricate and high-value energy and infrastructure projects throughout the value chain.
Krishna has practiced law in prominent international firms in London, Singapore, and New Delhi. He's worked on transactions in nearly 50 jurisdictions, amounting to nearly $100 billion in value.
