City law firm Fladgate has hired commercial outsourcing and tech law partner Nathan Evans.
Evans has over 10 years’ experience advising clients on strategic, complex and regulated procurements including platform development and licensing, system support and maintenance, digital transformation projects, and business process and cloud outsourcing.
His clients include multi-national consortia, global software firms (such as SAP), tech companies and fintech, trade tech, and legal tech start-ups.
