City law firm Fladgate has appointed M&A partner Tessa Trevelyan Thomas to its corporate practice.
Trevelyan Thomas works with clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including public takeovers, the UK Takeover Code, private M&A, private equity investments and disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations.
She has developed a specialist practice advising on ecommerce and Amazon aggregation M&A, acting for both businesses acquiring Amazon and other ecommerce brands and ecommerce service providers, as well as sellers of ecommerce brands and services, Amazon FBA and other DTC businesses.
