City law firm ELS Legal has appointed Marion Alice Turnier as a new commercial real estate solicitor.

Turnier, previously of Nabarro LLP and SJ Berwin LLP, will join the ELS Legal property team having experience in leading multi-million pound commercial and residential transactions.

She specialises in providing commercial real estate advice for investor landlords, developers, and finance lenders and borrowers, and corporate support advice for international blue-chip clients.

In 2011, Marion worked on behalf of The Crown Estate, advising on their vast urban and agricultural estates, and with Hilton Worldwide in 2012, in relation to their European hotel real estate portfolio.
