London and south-east law firm DMH Stallard has appointed partner David Bailey to its dispute resolution department.
Bailey joins the regional practice from Healys, where he was head of dispute resolution. He has a particular focus on professional negligence, involving claims against solicitors, surveyors, accountants, and other advisors, as well as mortgage-related litigation. Other areas of his expertise include financial and banking disputes, commercial fraud cases and property litigation.
