Simpson Millar has hired Robyn Mayoh as solicitor and team leader to its Court of Protection team.
Mayoh, who has over seven years’ experience specialising in health and welfare matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, represents protected parties, family members and other involved parties in Best Interest cases and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards challenges.
Her expertise includes cases involving foreign travel, religious pilgrimage, sexual relations, marriage and hoarding.
