Fintech company Contis has appointed Lara Oyesanya FRSA as its first General Counsel and chief risk officer.
Oyesanya will be responsible for legal, risk, compliance and fraud, and human resources as part of the executive team.
She has advised FTSE listed companies including Barclays Bank plc, BAE Systems plc, HBOS plc, RAC plc and Lex Autolease.

Oyesanya joins Contis from Klarna Bank AB where she was UK Counsel and legal director.
