Consultant-led employment and regulatory specialist law firm Constantine Law has hired employment partner Lucy Bloom.
Bloom joins from Osborne & Wise where she was also partner. She has expertise in advising clients on managing workplace conflicts, including navigating complex grievance and disciplinary processes, redundancy exercises, TUPE, changing terms and conditions of employment and ill health in the workplace.
Bloom is also a highly experienced litigator, advising and representing both employers and senior employees in high value Employment Tribunal proceedings including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and victimisation in the workplace. She also acts for senior executives on grievance and disciplinary issues, discrimination and contract and restrictive covenant matters.
The appointment takes Constantine Law to a headcount of eleven partners and a total of 16 fee earning staff - including eight specialist employment partners. Employment partner Neil Johnston joined the firm from Bolt Burdon at the end of May and regulatory partner Emmeline Coerkamp joined from PCB Byrne earlier in the year.
