Employment, business immigration and regulatory law specialist Constantine Law has recruited Suki Harrar as partner.

Harrar joins the firm from Wright Hassall Solicitors in Royal Leamington Spa where she was an employment partner specialising in employee relations.

She has over 20 years’ experience in employment and HR matters, advising clients from SMEs to global companies on contract issues, business re-organisation and restructures, redundancies, dismissals, appointing and exiting senior executives, discrimination issues, drafting and advising on settlement agreements, advising and supporting on complex disciplinary and grievance matters and TUPE and outsourcing support.

Harrar, who is both CIPD qualified and has in house experience as a senior legal counsel, also delivers HR training to managers and executives.
