International legal practice Osborne Clarke has strengthened its real estate team with the appointment of new partner Colin Stratton, who will start with the firm in May.
Before joining Osborne Clarke Colin previously spent 11 years at Thrings, where he headed up their Bristol office and also led the local Commercial Property Team. Prior to this he worked for Bevan Brittan and Cardiff City Council, where he qualified in 2000.
Ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers, Colin is described as an ‘expert in development land transactions.’ He specialises in commercial and residential development and regeneration work, acting for commercial and residential developers as well as the public sector. Colin’s clients include residential developers, house builders, entrepreneurs, land traders and land owners.
