Cripps Pemberton Greenish has welcomed City partner Melanie Stancliffe to its employment team.
Stancliffe advises senior executives, professionals and corporates on employment matters including terminations, boardroom disputes and high value tribunal claims. She has particular experience in the sectors of IT, technology, financial services and retail.
Stancliffe joins from Irwin Mitchell’s London office. One of her leading cases is Wardle v Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, a discrimination case which was heard at Court Of Appeal.
She is co-chair of the French Chamber of Great Britain HR forum. The forum, aimed at HR directors and professionals, shares best practices to optimise working conditions and motivate employees.
