Reading law firm Boyes Turner has hired Lizzie Dravnieks as associate solicitor in its family law team.

Dravnieks joins the team from a specialist family law firm in Hampshire. Her arrival follows the appointment of Nicola Weeks as a senior associate solicitor earlier this year.

Launched by head of family Law Paul Linsell in 2021, the team helps families by utilising a range of negotiation and dispute resolution processes, with a specific focus on mediation.

Linsell commented: 'I’ve always believed that you can “do divorce differently”. Throughout my career, I wanted to reimagine how things are done; to do things better by always putting children and the family you’re helping first. We welcome the new NCDR rules, and they align so much with Boyes Turner’s existing approach to family law. With the growing team, I’m looking forward to being able to help even more individuals and families.'

Barry Stanton, managing partner at Boyes Turner, added: ‘As a law firm, it’s easy to use words like “disruptive” but Paul’s always sought new, more progressive ways to work with families, to help them through very difficult life events. We’re delighted with what he and the team have achieved, as Boyes Turner becomes the go-to family team in the region'.
