Bond Dickinson has recruited Will Fraser as a managing associate into the real estate sector team.
Joining from Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co where he was a principle associate, Will advises on all aspects of commercial real estate investment, management and, development transactions for both UK and foreign clients.
In addition, having spent a six-month secondment in the business restructuring Group at RBS providing strategic legal advice to the business on various property related matters, Will also advises banks on investment finance and UK LPA receivers on portfolio and debt restructures.
Previous work includes leading on the £50m refinance of a mixed-use property portfolio for a borrower client with Santander, acting on the sale of 130 Shaftesbury Avenue W1 to Qatari investors, and acting on the acquisition of the Grosvenor House Hotel on behalf of foreign investors for £470m (being the single most expensive European hotel acquisition).
