Commercial law firm Bevan Brittan has hired pensions specialist Joel Eytle as partner in its employment, pensions and immigration department.
Eytle, who joins the firm from DLA Piper, supports employers, investors, trustee clients and pension scheme providers. Having worked for two years at the Financial Conduct Authority, he also has an interest in the regulatory aspects of pension matters.
Eytle will lead Bevan Brittan's national pensions team. The team works for central and local government, independent health and care, NHS, commercial, insurance, housing and higher education clients, as well as private sector occupational pension schemes.
Jodie Sinclair, senior partner at Bevan Brittan and head of its employment, pensions and immigration department, commented: 'Joel brings considerable experience across a range of our chosen markets, adding further depth to our sector and subject matter specialisms for which we are market leaders, and boosting the level of support that we can provide to our growing client base.'
Eytle will be based in the firm's London office.
