Litigation firm Stewarts Law has boosted its revenue while equity partners will collect an average of £2 million this year.
Figures released today for the year ending 30 April 2017 show that the firm increased revenue to £78.1 million – a 25% increase. Profit was £36.3m. The profit per equity partner of £2m represents a 30% increase on last year’s figure. The figures mean the firm will enter the UK top 50 for total revenue.
John Cahill, managing partner, said: ‘We are pleased to post another strong set of financial results. During the year, we concluded a number of long running cases and this has contributed to our strong revenue and profit figures. Our results reinforce our decision 17 years ago to build a diverse litigation-only law firm focusing on high value and complex disputes.’
