The first payment was taken on 1 October by direct debit by Decision First operating the Lender Exchange. Although the payment includes VAT, I have received no VAT invoice. On telephoning Lender Exchange today, I was told this would appear on the online account in 14 days.

This delay is unacceptable. The many firms who have been compelled to pay Lender Exchange to remain on mortgage panels need to enter up ledger accounts for the monies taken today. An invoice is a fundamental requirement.
