The notion that ‘satisfaction levels with the performance of the Central London County Court appear to have improved ’ (15 July) is absurd. Users have simply given up complaining as they see no point.

The service from the court is appalling. Recently, court staff made it clear that the process of dealing with non-urgent post, consent orders and the like, was not receiving attention for over two months.

The self-serving messages sent out by the court via your article are very depressing to court users.
