The Law Society has set out further details of the handover to a new chief executive following Desmond Hudson’s retirement from the role. The incoming chief executive, Catherine Dixon, will join the Society in January, from the NHS Litigation Authority. Dixon's appointment was announced earlier this month.
Paul Coen, formerly of global bank Citigroup, will act as interim chief executive, the Society announced today. Coen has 16 years’ experience in chief executive roles leading national and international organisations, including the Local Government Association and the British Transport Police Authority.
